Executive & Purpose Area Pastor
Help strengthen gospel ministry in a growing church
We’re looking for an Executive Pastor to join our team at Toongabbie Baptist Church.
As a growing church in Western Sydney, we’re seeing more people, more ministry opportunities and more opportunities for mission. We’re praying for someone who can help strengthen our staff, systems and ministry structures so we can keep making and growing disciples of Jesus with clarity and focus.
Working closely with the Lead Pastor, this role will help develop staff and leaders, strengthen healthy systems, and turn vision into action as we seek to grow our gospel reach across Western Sydney and beyond.

We’re looking for an Associate Pastor (Maturity & Membership) to join our team at Toongabbie Baptist Church.
As our church continues to grow, we want to help people move from simply attending church to belonging, growing and becoming mature disciples of Jesus. We’re praying for someone with a shepherd’s heart who is passionate about helping people grow deeply in Christ and connect meaningfully in community.
This role will lead and develop our Life Groups, strengthen discipleship and newcomer pathways, raise and equip leaders, and help build a healthy culture of belonging, care and gospel mission.
