Child Dedications
Since the very early days of relationship between God and His people, it has been custom for children to be presented to God by their families. The custom followed by Mary & Joseph when they took their baby, Jesus, to the Temple in an act of thanksgiving and dedication.
We believe that children occupy a very special place in the heart of God as we are sure they do for you. To help parents celebrate and commit themselves to the journey of parenting we support parents as they publicly give thanks for their children, ask for God’s blessing on them and dedicate themselves to the responsibility of Christian parenthood.
Water Baptism
Water Baptism is an action of faith where believers express their commitment. It is a public act that proclaims our intention to the world that we have decided to live a totally new life in Christ.
All we have to do is turn away from sin and follow Jesus. In baptism, the immersion of the believer into water symbolises their death to sin and subsequent resurrection to new life in Christ.
Our entrance into the water during baptism identifies us with Christ’s death on the cross and His burial in the tomb.
When we come out of the water, we identify with His resurrection from the dead. Jesus freely chose to die in our place, so we can willingly enter into the waters to rise in newness of life. Baptisms are conducted regularly in conjunction with our Sunday services. If you would like to know more about baptism please download the brochure.
Weddings
Weddings are conducted regularly in the church by our Pastors. If you would like more information please contact the church office.

The death of a loved one can be a difficult time and we are here to help. If you need the services of a minister to assist with the funeral arrangements of a loved one please contact the church office.
