At TBC we believe that people are loved by God and valuable to him. That includes not only those we seek to minister to but also those who serve the Lord in ministry. To encourage and fully support those who lead these ministries, we are populating this page with helpful leadership resources and checklists so that our leadership teams can succeed and be fruitful disciples.
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:58
Leadership Resources
Annual Ministry Startup Checklist – Before building a house we start with plans and lay a foundation with clear directions. Our Startup checklist does the same thing but for a ministry team, to help simplify all those tasks all into one area. (Click here to complete).
Annual Ministry Budget – We seek to be good stewards of every resource God entrusts to our us (Matt 25:15-30). To help plan ministries are asked to complete a budget so that resources can be directed to areas of need. (Click here to complete)
Mentoring Sheet (Ministry Leader) – Each term our ministry leaders meet with a mentor who’s goal it is to encourage, support, give oversight and above all pray for leaders and ministry. (Click here to complete)
Mentoring Sheet (Staff) – Each term our staff also meet with a mentor to encourage, support, give oversight and above all pray for them and their ministry. (Click here to complete)
Incident Report – Has the unforeseen happened. For all accidents and incidents please complete this form. (Click here to complete).
W.H. & S. Risk Assessment Tool – Often we don’t consider safety in ministry effectively – Is the environment safe? Is this activity safe? When risks are identified (eg. sharp corners of a table) they can often be minimised (eg. move tables to the side of the room) so that activities can proceed without risk of an accident. This risk assessment tool helps leaders to consider the risks so that correct action can be taken to minimise identified dangers (Click here to download).
TBC Property Manual – TBC property and procedures manual required for all authorised people (Click here to download).
