This is a hugely successful event that is held each year where people enjoy getting to know other people in the church community. You will be invited by a host from the church where you will be met with a warm welcome, as well as a banquet fit for a king, but the mystery is that you won’t know who else is attending. If you are new to the church or have never attended a lunch, this would be a great opportunity for you to enjoy being a part of our church family.
Every few years the church holds a weekend camp for families and individuals to attend together. These camps are a great opportunity to meet other families and build friendships that will last a lifetime. We always enjoy inspiring messages and delicious meals that are fully catered. Our favourite times together have included a bonfire night, all age soccer games, giant swing and just relaxing in the peace of the Australian bush.
Church picnics are a great opportunity for families to enjoy a lunch together at a park. Children always have great fun playing together whilst mum and dad relax together with friends. Previous picnics have included sack races, three-legged races and the famous lolly chase.
Each year we love to celebrate the Birth of Jesus in the community. Whether indoor or outdoor celebrations they are a wonderful evening with your neighbours, family and friends. Carols is a big production that involves over a hundred people who serve voluntarily to bring the program together.
